Fettuccine Cream Cheese Sauce

semalem cobain resep ini nih, hasilnya enakkk jg, tp klo kbykan agak eneg krn creamy bgt :p

Bahan:

200 gr fettuccine

3 sdm margarin

75 gr bw bombai cincang

1 sdm tepung terigu (aku pake 1,5 sdm)

1/2 sdt bw putih cincang

300 ml air/kaldu (aku pake air biasa ajah)

1/2 sdt merica bubuk

garam secukup selera hehe

150 gr keju cheddar parut

100 ml krim kental

50 ml susu cair

200 gr jamur champignon, cuci n potong2

klo ada boleh kasi oregano

Cara membuat:

1. Didihkan air, tambah 1/2 sdt garam. Masak fettuccine sampai matang. Angkat n tiriskan.

2. Panaskan margarin, tumis bw putih n bw bombay hingga layu tp jgn gosong :p lalu masukkan tp terigu, aduk.

3. Tuang air/kaldu sedikit2 sampai adonan kental. Tmbahkan merica, oregano, garam, aduk2. Masukkan keju parut, aduk2. Masukkan jamur.

4. Setelah mendidih, masukkan krim dan susu. Terakhir masukkan fettuccine, aduk2. Angkat.

5. Sajikan.. lgs dimakan hangat2 lebih enakk
